what would be the best timing control for somthing like a 70 shot and the necessary fuel upgrades?
And also can hondata tune for nitrous as well as boost?

You should get something that only retards when the switch is on. I think msd makes something like this. Fuel upgrades should be a fuel pump for sure. Is it a wet or dry kit? That will determine you other fuel upgrades such as fuel rail and injectors.

 

I was thinking of going with a Zex dry kit.
Would a 190 walboro be enough or should I go with the 255
