my setup is a gsr block with stock sleeves and 12:1 compression, b16 head with S2S3 cams aebs intake 370 injectors smsp header, i wanted to use nitrous but is it safe to run a 75 single fogger wet shot on pump gas properly tuned, also iam a noob thanks i

As long as the vehicle is properly tuned, you should be ok.
I would recommend a ems setup that supports nitrous plugins or a dual map chip setup etc.
