It will fit fine with the HF manifold. Compressor side needs to be on the drivers side. You can get an adaptor plate for under $60 on Homemadeturbo.com. If you use the internal waste gate you might have to get creative with the actuator since it may be close to the block and AC bracket. I usually cut the front of the AC mount to help clear the actuator can part. Might have to weld up a new actuator bracket and possibly extend the rod depending on what type of T3 you have. put up a pic if you can.

if it's ssautochrome then the quality is really bad although it might fix any WG actuator problems you will probably have and then crack and fall apart

The 240 turbos used in on the SR20DET are T25 or T28, not T3. Different flange.

84-87 300 ZX turbo was .60/.63 T3... I like it better than the Ford unit because it has slip fittings on the compressor. The Ford unit has annoying flanges.

As far as spool times go, my Merkur XR4ti owning friend is a little pissed (???) that my LS engine spools a .60/.63 T3 up as fast as his 2.3 liter. Sad thing is, I think he has .60/.48 turbo... Nice, stout engine, but the low CR and lesser head flow make for different spool properties.

Ahahhaha.

I had the flanges that bolted to the turbo, the inlet was already slip fit and worked perfectly, the outlet I cut off and turned into a slip fit.
