Right now i have a t3 turbo on it and i will be getting a t3 t4 turbo

No, the T3/T4 uses the same inlet flange as the T3 (same turbine) But the new turbo might not fit. The compressor is of course larger, so if you are tight now it won't fit after.

Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to look around for a used cast / log manifold too while your at it. I haven't seen any comparisons done, but the hf mani has got to be restrictive especially with a bigger turbo.
