Damn, I forgot about that. Anyway I think been able to enable/disable the fuel modifiers is great. Also by reading my post again, I think I need to improve my english writing

import feature screws up application, it makes me close it. I'm using windows xp so i guess a few of us are still having problems with it. Program looks a lot better than v 1.2 though, nice job on the scripts !

You have to load a file before you import, I said this right when the import sript first was released a few pages ago. Please read the thread.

open stockgsr or stockls first, then import what ever - p28, p30, etc.

Thats my site and those maps are for 1.2 AFAIK. Try importing them using the import 1.2 feature.

Or maybe you mean another site?

not sure if i should use pm or not but i figure if i'm having problems other uberdata ppl are too.

it's your site i guess. it has a few boost bins on there. is the import 1.2 feature the one that says <1.64 . i did that but it still didn't put in the fuel Lo. should i open up stock p28 then import greddykitstockmap.bin?

AFAIK it is. Open stockls first then try it. If that doesn't work open stockgsr first. You have to open a p7x bin before you import.

This thread is getting MASSIVE, I've asked blake before and he never really got back to me on it... but would a small forum be beneficial on the uberdata mirror? Might make small issues like the above easier to help/pinpoint.

Anyway moving along import works fine for me long as its stockgsr or stockls, i would pretty much ignore all those old tuned roms... they may only cause you trouble in the long run

If it doesnt get used I'll just nuke it. Easy to register, you dont need to verify yourself or anything.

Hey guys i could really use some help...
i have an ls vtec motor that i just installed into my 88 crx dx.
I converted to multiport a long time ago. i currently have an obd0 resistor box on the car
I have an obd1 conversion harness which i bought here off honda-tech from boomslang. I also have a p28 ecu that is chipped with Hondata that im trying to get running on my car. The problem is when i put an uberdata chip in place of the current hondata chip the car will only rev up to 3400 and then feel like its rev limiting... this was with the gsr basemap and i have 240cc injectors in there... i checked to see if the rev limit or launch control was on and it wasnt and i removed it completely once to make sure. Lastly my gauge cluster is partially disconnected and the rpm tach isnt working, not sure if this matters. i have run the car with a pr4 ecu to 4 and 5 grand no problems, just cant get this uberdata thing going
Any help is much appreciated

Take the chip out and start the car - does it do the same thing?
If so the ecu isn't reading the chip, prob a bad burn. Reburn and try again.

Well first of all you can't run a Hondata unit and a uberdata chip..the Hondata unit uses encrypted script that there ROM editor does to each ROM file. Unplug Hondata and use uberdata by itself and disconnect the resistor box since your running obd -1 stuff. Post an update then

The uberdata rom is not going to interact with the serial port in any way, so the hondata being hooked up should not matter. But for troubleshooting, I would disconnect it anyways.

And as far as the resistor box, it depends on the OBD of the injectors themselves, not the ecu.

Well the car starts with the p28 set up and then im assuming goes into limp because it wont rev past 3400, i just realized that i needed an obd1 distributor and i have a resistor box with obd1 injectors but the car runs fine with the pr4 ecu in obd0 status. I just really need clarification on the distributor wiring and why the obd1 injectors would work with the resistor box if they are not supposed to go together...

pretty sure when you use OBD1 injectors you're supposed to REMOVE the resistor box...if you keep the resistor box just CAN use your OBD0 injectors with the other OBD1 stuff, thats what I did

conversion harness, OBD1 dizzy, OBD0 injectors(w/ resistor box), and 4 wire O2

I kept my resistor box since I'll be going 450 dsm injectors which need it

<!--- got issues

i pulled the ecu out today and i was gonna pull the ebay chip out and swap in an uberdata chip. (all motor for now). so when i pull the case off, i see the 27c256 on top of another board that is on top of the socket. (turns out it was a superchip with some sort of copy protection or something). well anyways, we were have problems pulling the board/chip of and accidentally broke a couple of pins off in the socket. any ideas on how to get it out? lemme know, thanks.
