New Turbo HP Upgrade
car b16a1 ef9 vtec turbo
hallo from germany.
i will change my setup for more horsepower
already i have low 240hp and 229torqe with small t3 /42/48 on 14psi
question....
i will change my injectors from 440 to 550 ccm ??? is this enough for 300-350hp
i will change my turbocharger from t3 to gt30/71 is this enough for 330-350hp
new clutch stage 3
new ecu managend programming.
must i made a new biger downpipe (exhaust gas pipe) for the turbocharger???
request for statement

I'd recommend 650-750cc minimum. 550cc shouldn't be used above 350hp, and will not idle or drive any different from 750's.
That GT30 will be more than enough for 350whp. Depending on the turbing housing, you could go much more than that. You may want to consider building your motor with forged pistons & rods, just to be safe.
Honda-tech may not have a good recommendation for the ecu/ems, since you may not have many Hondata/Neptune/ectune dealers. Unless you're running an FMU or VAFC hack, you shouldn't have to upgrade - just retune it for the changes.
A 2.5" exhaust will be enough, but 3" will accellerate (spool) the turbo faster. Just make sure you upgrade your catalytic converter to a high-flow version. The downpipe itself will probably require modification just due to the physical differences between turbos.
BTW nice job pushing that "baby" turbo. Most people get a big laggy turbo, run it at low boost pressure, and barely make that much power.
