I have a LS with a rev hard stage 2 (1.5yrs old) t3/t4b turbo. At the time of purchase I did not know that a t3/t4b and e made a huge difference until it was too late. So now I do not quite remember the trims and a/r of my turbo. I have become boost happy and I am now building my bottom end with JE pistons, eagle rods H beam, hondata s200, and other stuff to up the boost. my question is how efficient is this turbo and at what psi will I see close to 280-300hp? Also, if anyone knows the spec of the LS stage 2 for rev hard (turbonetics turbo) please let me know.

I'm hoping for around 280-300 at 15-18psi with this setup:
rev hard t3/t4b
440cc
hondata s200
skunk2 intake manifold
2.75" exhaust
JE Pistons 9: 5:1
crower rods
STR block guard
stock sleeve

If 280-320 hp is not possible at 15-18psi, what psi is possible to make this pw and what else am I missing to make sure this won't blow??

t3/t4b max is 300? I would think atleast 350-400

T04B can make a lot of power. 60-1 is a T04B based and it can make a ton of HP. You probably have an H or a V T04B. Those both can make well past 3-400whp. I like pushing compressor wheels to their max.

Well I had a DRAG 3 kit for a B16A and it was SUPPOSED to come with a T3/T04B Super V trim compressor wheel and Stage III turbine wheel, well nope we measured it it was actually an S trim wheel and Stage I turbine wheel, it did make 370whp with 21psi and maxed the hell out. And as MarkC said the 60-1 is within the T04B family of compressor wheels which everyone seems to not know or forget, it is bigger than any T04E compressor wheel available and 62-1 also.

Yup. My friend had the DRAG3 kit on his 99 Si (he bought the turbo kit in Feb 2000) and it was a Stage1 wheel, but his did have a Super-V.

i made 375 whp on a t3/t4b .63 ar stage 3 wheel, V Trim Compressor Wheel maxed out on 20psi on a h23.

how big are your injectors?? I'm afraid 440cc will not be enough now.
