need some engine building advice...

well it seems as tho the NA buildup is not as powerful as I had hoped and the Air Force is about to drop my enlistment bonus on me here in a couple weeks so here's the deal... here's the setup now and I prolly wanna go forced induction and start making big HP numbers...
b18a block, stock sleeves, JE pistons 5.7 dome (roughly 11.5:1 comp) eagle H-beam rods with a blockguard (oooh. lol.)
b16a1 head that needs to be thrown away it's been milled like 35 thousandths and has a leaky VTEC solenoid because the bolt holes are stripped.
LS tranny..

What I'm thinking about doing is b18c1 block with some low comp JE pistons... I wanna get it sleeved too but I dunno much about sleeves and whats the best, etc. I always heard GE was the shizzle ;-)
And do like a b16a head I have a JG edelbrock intake manifold for it.
Then... whatever else anybody wants to gimme advice on as far as turbo size... I have a T4 I can get for 300 bucks just rebuilt from my buddy... he cant put it on his car yet... no play or anything
This will be built over the next say... 4 months and I have about 2500 to start with right now.
Please help me out gimme suggestions on what to do to make good hp instead of just blowing my money like I did on the last build.
