Thanks man...I could be on glue, but on mine there is an allen plug below the oil filter that i thought i may be able to use for a catch can drain. Is the one up top (to the side of the filter) able to be used for Crankcase venting??? I would like to run one vent from the back of the block, and one from the valve cover to the can and have it drain back into the block. i will be using a Moroso or endyn vented can.

Do you mean the rusty looking plug from that pic? That's the coolant drain plug.

The one below the filter w/ the allen head I *think* may be pressurized, but I'm not sure. Sorry I'm not of more help...

I need to know where to vent my crankcase (if possible), and drain my catch can back into the block on an F22b1......
I dont see how i can do it... there are no ports like on a b series. If worst came to worst, id just vent the valve cover...installing a bigger port first (welding on a -8-10 an fitting)... But even then I dont know where to recirculate the can...

****....

Help

Please!!!

Thanks

If you badly wanted to have a drain back into the engine, you could always weld a nipple onto the oilpan. It's large, wide, thin, and easy to remove

and don't have it recirculate. To much moisture etc. gets accumulated.

that was my experience this winter. My catch can (non-recirc) kept filling with water - was like WTF for a while then I realized it was condensation! I wouldn't want that **** getting into my oil, it filled up pretty damned quickly.

I finally ditched the can all together and just run open breather again now.
