Default draining a d16y8 block?

I've seen b series with a plug that lets you drain the block of coolant, but does d16y8's have such a thing?

I'm 90% sure there is not one, and if there is I'm yet to find it.

It's on the back of the block, can't recall exact location but it's not on the front side like the z6.

It's on the back of the block near the oil filter. Way to go honda for putting it in such a hard spot to access.
