oil changes throughly. Air filter maintaince key. Other than that not much more maintainance that a stock car.

The first few months feel like hell becuz you keep messing with it trying to get it just right. And some times everything doesnt work the way it seems.

Change your oil every 2000 miles. When changing your oil, also check the piping couplers, spark plugs, and downpipe/manifold bolts. Beyond that there's not much maintenance.

another thing is, you might want to invest in a turbo timer. You have to let the oil cool the turbo down.

Turbo timer is not a must because you can get away with it if you have a water cooled bearing housing and sitting in your car works wonders...lol

A very long time ago, I use to sit in my car for 2 mins to let the turbo cool down. It was such a drag to sit there and pretend your doing something important, so people dont look at you weird. Now I just get out of my car, press the alarm and do what I have to do.

I love my TT... now that it works correctly with the alarm. Just turn it off, arm the car, and walk away.

Now, if I could only figure out how to get that stupid music to stop playing on the greddy TT I would be so happy. Lost the darn instructions! ahh.

I must have hooked mine up wrong. If I turn my car to IGN/ACCESSORY my car wll stay on and start to count down then shut down at the end of the countdown cycle. But If I turn it all the way to off the car to where I can take the key out will just shut off without counting down. I don't have the hand brake or speedo wire hooked up. Could that be the problem?

I just sit in my car also. I tell my friends that I gotta wait for the "ghetto timer" to turn off.
