Ok here is the story At 14# everthing is fine. As soon as i hit 16# water shoots out of the overflow bottle. Here is my set up

arp head studs
Honda HEad gasket.

I just taked to a freind and he said sleeve walk? Does this sound right. I have never seen anything like this before.

what do you mean at #14 and then #16 what does that mean??
any ways it sounds like your head is lifting from the block under boost possibly. i beleive you might want to try retorqing the head studs or even switching to some AEBS head studs. maybe your head gasket is bad as well. hopefully someone will chime in

14# & 16# = 14 PSI & 16PSI
At 14 PSI everthing seems to be fine at 16 PSI is when the water starts to shoot out of the over flow bottle.

well that is implying that it is a fresh rebuild and if thats the case either you need to retorque your after market head studs if they are ARP because that is recomended for ARP after 1000 miles and if you resused stockers.... then shame on you and they are stretching under boost and your head is lifting and causing coolant to go into overflow bottle.....

ARP head Studs were used and not retorqued after the 1000 mile marker. I wish they would put stuff like that on the directions because i just read them again and it says nothing about retorquing them....

did you use the arp moly lube as well? try retorqiing the head studs and then see if that fixes it. if not then you might need to get your block decked to have the surfaces straightend out. good luck

I did use the arp lube as it said . The deck surface was already straightened when they replace the sleeves.
Now my question is if i am to retorque them. Do i need to loosen them all? If i do wont it break the seal on the headgasket?
