Need help holding boost....
I just got back from the track my best time was 14.7 at 94mph this is with ~9psi but it tapers off to like 7psi as the revs go up and i cant get it to hold 9-10psi. All my clamps are tight and the bov isnt leaking. I have a Hallman MBC and if it tighten it more it spike to 10+ then settles down to 7 or 8 it is really frustrating how can I make it hold a solid 9-10psi of boost. I was really hoping for low 14's. Heres my slip
60' 2.4
1/8 9.584
mph 76.98
1/4 14.703
mph 94.91

Re: Need help holding boost.... (Mrspeaker)
Maybe ill see you out there tonight...Still leaking boost though anyone have any ideas i tightened the actual BOV and the flange bolts that hold it and still its just dropping off I am thinking of just turning up the boost and letting it spike a little then settle to were i need it...it spikes in the midrange and settles down towards the high revs and i know it will be getting enough fuel in the midrange so a spike shouldnt hurt it that bad. Any other ideas?
