Re: (mbdelsol)
One of your resistor boxes could be loose, causing you to run in safe mode. for some reason taht does not trigger the check engine light. I had it happen in my car. Get rid of them and get a oem honda resistor box. Less chances of anything coming off and runs better.
Or you could have a cat that is majorly clogged. Had a car taht would always bog around 2-3000 rpm then go away all a sudden.

It seems to me that your misfiring problem is getting worst. Maybe your distributor is going. How many miles do you have on your distributor? The next thing you should check is your plug wires. How is the condition on them? If your distributor and spark plugs have a lot of mileage on them, then I think this is a good time to replace them anyway.
Another possiblity are your resistors for your injectors. This should be an easy diagnose. Check the continuity and resistance on each injector wire. They should all have continuity and the resistance should be fairly consistent. Wiggle each wire to be sure that there are no broken connection within the wires.
My question is, did you have a misfire problem after you swap to a uberdata program?
