ok guys this is the problem, i have a 92vx wit a 96 gsr and a t3 super 60 wit 450 injectors ok first my autometer boost gauge is only reading 15,14 vac at idle when everybody else i kno is reading 17 or better, checked for vac leaks cant find none?? than my boost is only working when i hit 6000rpm and more before that its all lag like no boost very late spool and it jumps sometimes from 3,4,5 in the 2nd gear, i thought it was the wastegate so i switched to another used one from ebay and still the same thing i need help guys?? i even put washers to push the wastegate lever more to the left towards the pass side which i think is fully open i hope i'm correct? correct me if i'm wrong,so i did it and still same thing? i was thinking can i just move the lever fully open will it work this way or will it be bad for my motor? i'm gonna check my ic piping to see if there are really tight again just incase of any leaks, did anybody have this problem before????????? i really need help this late spool stuff sucks.. and one more thing i even put a boost controlller on it and it was set at 9psi and same thing 6000rpm 4,5, psi please help

wanted to throw something in, correct me if i'm wrong even if the wastegate is broken if i put the washers in it still should boost more correct me if i'm wrong ?
