also i went back later that night and
my friend tried my ecu and it still worked when he put his chip in. maybe my chip is toast? wtf is going on here.

ok well my ecu works fine in my buddys car so its still ok. but:
ok so I pulled the plugs and they are covered in fuel. car has new plug wires, cap and rotor. Put new sparkplugs in and it reved a little better but still was breaking up. Tried my friends chip and it reved smoother and I was able to sort of drive it but it was all bog but was able to boost but then got worse again so i limped it home. any ideas?
