Your friend is an *******, why would putting in race gas in your car make it necessary to install a WB02, if anythig you are "safer" runing the higher octane without the WB02 then you are not running the WB02 on pump.

Also tell your friend that race gas actually is bad for the sensors, due to the lead which over a couple thousad miles fouls the sensor.

1.well i wouldn't suggest running over pump if you are running a cat

2. if you are untuned

3. for the most part if you decide to run race gas put it in when your tank is as low as possible if you are trying to attain the highest level of octane.

DAMN!!! 5PSI?? IS that still on a stock motor? You better run 116 if I were you. Not only will you get tons more power, but you also need it because it's cleaner then 93 or 91. You almost have to have a WB o2 sensor to run 116 because otherwise you can run too rich or too lean.

I asked a similar question, although it was regarding 100 octane avgas. You should be more concerned with getting tuned than with running 110 octane fuel. And @ 5psi I really don't know why you want to run 110, unless it's like some sort of science project or somethin. Dont worry about this, GET YOUR CAR TUNED! Then when you decide to push more than 300whp on a stock block or 400whp +/- on forged internals come searching for the answer. Here's a link to the thread I made about 100 octane avgas. GL.
