Oil line feed
I happen to have gottena Garrett T04 turbo for free a while back and want to do an install on a B16a. I have found pretty much everything i need for the swap but still have one question. Where do I get the oil for the oil feed line? How do I route it? Basically I need all the help i can get on the oil system of a turbo. Thanks.

Re: Oil line feed (EF9_SiR)
You're gonna have to T it off from the block to get the oil to feed the turbo. Remove your oil filter (make sure you drain all of it first) and you'll see a sensor like thingy...Get the correct fittings, and T it off to the turbo, and you've got yourself some oil....and then now you gotta worry about returning it...once again, get the correct fittings, put it on the return flange of the turbo, and connect it with the return flange on the oil pan....those 2 parts are the hardest parts of installing turbo in my opnion..good luck..

Re: Oil line feed (SiDESLiDE240)
yea you have to get a three way fitting and t off the oil oress sensorand go to a hydraulic shop to get some steel braided like made with fittings to fit both the housing and three way fitting
and make sur when u clock your turbo that the oil feed is at the top because it is gravity fed
