The ball is finally moving, and i'm recieving my block within the next week.
I've called around and asked some fellow shops on matching up the best turbo for this motor. Basically it's a resleeved B18C with 9:1 CR JE pistons and Crower rods. HP goals are 450 on pump gas and 500+ on race gas.
I've narrowed it down to these two turbos:

Garrett TE60 .60 A/R ...Good to 600hp...$700


or

Turbonetics 60-1 Hifi Stage V .63 A/R ...Good to 550hp....$813

How's the spool time on those 60-1 turbo's anyways? When do they start spooling?

Are there any more qualities that are differnt between the turbos? ceramic? water jackets? ball bearing?
