Valve seals or guides. Fuel washing cylinders. Bad PCV.

What color is the smoke?

Are you running a stock GSR block? Compression should be well above 150 if you are..

Adrian,

1. your compression should be above 180ish on dry...
2. have someone follow you when you're driving, if smoke comes out at full throttle, it's usually your rings

if smokes comes out while deccelerating, it's usually valve guide seals
3. is it a bluish colored smoke ?
4. get leakdown tested, see if it's rings or valves

Yep it sounds like your rings have seen better days. What is probably happening is that small amounts of oil are makeing there way thru the ring seals, its called oil blow by (dont quote me on that) but anyhow yes it would be a good time to replace those with a good set. The smoke you see is from the oil being burned up by the intense heat of your exhaust.

im getting smoke too w/ my turbo, yeah theres no smoke when im on boost or at idle, i usually see a puff when im slowly accelerating.

how hard is it to change valve seals and piston rings? where to get and how much will they cost.
