yes it is!
I have issue with battery the other day the battery light come on so i decid to took negative line off the battery to check for altenator if is bad. when i did that i saw couple sparks and car shut down .... i try the start the car but buttery was tottaly gone so i bought new battery and installed and since then i cant start the car because i found that time that my FIE/M fuse was bud and is keeping blowing up soon as i turn my keys..

The IACV is attached to the throttle body. Study the diagram I posted.
The IACV connector has 3 wires. You've found the IACV when you locate the connector with the 3 wire colors shown below.

Should I now plug back in Connector C130 and disconnect junction connector C116 to see if FUSE 44 doesn't blow or does blow ???????????????

The tests that you've done so far have isolated the electrical short to one of the 5 Yel/Blk wires that runs from connector C116 to either fuel injector 1, 2, 3, or 4 or the IACV (see circuit diagram). With the cap removed from C116, test each of those five wires for continuity to body ground using a multimeter. The wire with continuity to body ground has the short that is blowing fuse 44. Replace that wire or repair the short and the problem will be fixed.

So I want to make sure I understand what I need to do,,,,, so I need from my multimeter put negative (black wire) on body ground and positive (red wire) from multimeter put on connector c116 actually on each of those 5 black and yellow wires coming from connector c116 . To check for continuity???
This is the multimeter that I have is this going to work?

Multimeter is set correctly.
The testing may be more easily done from the 4 injector connectors and the IACV connector with C116 uncapped.
