Damn, street racing down here is a 3 degree felony now....now suck it up and get a lawyer for reckless driving. Don't even think twice about the lawyer unless your county is really relaxed and offers plea bargains in either the first court appearance or second. Trust me on this, I know about these tickets. Depending on where you live and how they treat this ticket, I'm sure you could get off easy or hard. Down here in south FL, I have seen DUI's get off with the same or less punishments compared to reckless driving. Sam PM me
