MBC help, tips, please read, diff question.... really good
ok, i'm going to use a grainger valve style MBC..., anyhow, i'm not using this to up the boost, all i'm using this is to increase boost response and keep my max psi holding till redline...
as you know, all internal WG start to open way before their set boost level... like mine is set at 8psi but i think it opens around 5psi or so...
anyhow, i read using a MBC< i can make the WG stay closed longer and open it just right before 8psi..
my question is how much should i adjust my MBC to make my internal WG closed?? if i set it right 8psi, will it spike maybe to 9psi then setttle to 8psi???
should i set it at 7psi or so to give it room to allow the wg to open before max boost???
i just want roughly 7-8psi near redline, meaning i want the wg to be closed at higher rpm to obtain that psi, stupid turbo is small so that's why with the WG partial open at 5psi, it's only giving that much, but if it's closed, it'll give a few more psi..
