I was wondering what is the max boost you can run with drag3's ic and still have it be efficient enough so upgrading isnt nessessary.

 

I have always wondered that myself, I currently run 16psi on the drag core, does anyone know (proven)

 

my car made 380whp on the drag ic at 20 lbs of boost.however,i changed it to an apexi gtr core and made another 50hp(same boost) at a more conservative air/fuel ratio.spool up is much better now as well.when i first installed it i did not change anything on the boost controller and boost was still climing hard at 25lbs. when i let off.

HP #'s dont mean anything if you can't put it to the ground. There are 1000whp supras that runs 11's cuz they have so much torque they can't help but slip all over the place.
