Lovefab sidewinder is what I chose for my h23a. I have the same needs as you and this fit the bill.

http://lovefab.com/manifolds/sidewinder.html

Full-Race is suppose to be producing an a/c compatible manifold but i don't believe its out yet.

I am using the log manifold that came with my Revhard stage II kit. I'n not sure who actually produced it, but clearance is good on all sides. To my knowledge, there is not an equal length manifold for the Prelude that will allow you to keep your AC, PS, etc.
