I have a question. Will 94-01 integra intercooler piping fit on the Da's? i kno obviously the battery is a problem but my battery is relocated so thats not a prob anymore. i took a look at it earlier today and it doesnt look like it will fit at all, is there anyway i can make it fit? or am i doomed? lmao, thanks for any and all input!
Re: LST / LS-T Turbo B18A B18B setups
I'm looking for people who have made peak power above say 7600rpm with a built p75 head. What cams. Manifold, turbo,, I'm asking cause I'm tryin to get options to get more rpm out of my setup, I'm fully built, 2.0, built head. Made 490hp375tq@18psi 7500 rpm, Im using Bc stage 2 turbo cams. Heavily modded skunk2 intake w/70mm tb, oversive valves I/E, would love to see it make power until about 8000,, anybody have an Ls that made peak power above 7600?? And I don't mean you rev it to 9k.but power drops off at 6500,, looking for legit info.

Re: LST / LS-T Turbo B18A B18B setups
quick question. if im planning on boosting my stock ls would crower valve springs and titanium retainers help me be safer in the higher revs or is it the rod/stroker ratio that really holds it back? Just asking cause i came across a decent deal on crower stge 2 cams and crower springs and retainers. really wasn't wanting to put anything but arp studs and rod bolts cause ill be building another motor. just wondering how it would help me rev a lil higher.

I was always more worried about the bottom end then the top when it came to rpms. I know the stock vt is pretty weak sauce though.
Re: LST / LS-T Turbo B18A B18B setups
yeah I had a set of Jg cams ordered for a while. But they kept telling me they would ship next week, this went on for about 2-3 months, b4 I went and bought the Bc cams I have now.

Thanks 4 dyno bro. Yeah I'm running a pte 6765 billett turbo Making 490 at 7600 on 18psi ,Your making good power on those cams and rpm looks good,, I mite try 404's when I go back to tune for high boost.

Re: LST / LS-T Turbo B18A B18B setups
I wouldnt rev much higher because of the shitty rocker design.
I think a nice port job would free up a whole lotta power. Would def. be up there with vtec power numbers.

Yeah my head is ported. 1mm o/s valves, manifold runners ported and port matched. I have alot of work done, I mean 490/375@18 psi ain't bad. Tuned by evans tuning,I would post my dyno chart but I only have an iPhone for Internet use,,,,I'm just always looking for a little gain, and Ive heard diff stories about turbo cams, I mite try the 404's at same boost with retune just to see how they compare to the turbo cams,,

Re: LST / LS-T Turbo B18A B18B setups
67/65 is alot of turbo for an LS motor with turbo cams so power is pretty darn good. That turbo eally needs more rpm out of that engine. find some used 303 or 404 and crank it up till it stops making power. IMO no higher than 8600rpm though. And i wouldnt always rev it that high. Once your over 8k you have to check valve lash often
