I just got my car running, built lsv turbo. I have an intank aeromotive 340 pump, with dsm 450's, with a base map tune on chrome. I was driving for the first time tonight and got on it but it felt like very LITTLE power. I thought i had a boost leak but i looked at the boost gauge and it got up to 5psi before i let off and the bov works so i know its getting boost but it just seems like a beefy all motor lsv. I've been in plenty of turbo cars and i know how its supposed to feel when boost kicks in but this doesnt pull or anything. Wont even break tires loose in 1st! Now I DO have cel on for tps,coolant temp, and iat.. would those cause it to have NO power under boost? If you need any more information just ask i will tell you what you want to know, just wanted to get out the basics of whats going on.

I'm on getting the codes fixed. It only saw boost to make sure everything is working properly; wg, bov etc. but noticed it has no power. Can these codes make that happen? Or is there something else I need to look at? I will be getting a tune as soon as i can but need to get the kinks fixed first. Just wondering why there seems to be no power.

get it tuned, the power will come with that. where did you get the basemap?

all of those codes will cause a power loss as well

Crome, my buddy has a good tune on his car. A little different setup but copied it onto my chip and adjusted for what I have as close as possible without drive tuning it.

Fix CEL issues and have it tuned.

every engine is different, you cant just copy a tune of someone with a similar set up and go beat on it. fix the CEL's and get it tuned
