Default losing boost..

I have a D16Z6 with the greddy kit on it running the AFC hack. I havent been able to hold boost in the lower gears.
Here is as follows... ALL NUMBERS IN BAR
5th gear went to .45 and then steady at .43
4th gear went to .45 and then started losing some slowly down to .35
3rd went up to .45 then fell down faster then 4th to goes to .32
2nd gear hit .40 and tappers down to .28 by redline ( falls faster than 3rd )

So that makes my think about my flywheel setup as iam losing boost the faster iam getting up into the RPMS. I have a 9lb fidanza with a bully stage 1 clutch, the clutch doesnt slip at all. Could this be a tuning problem? Iam still untuned and running -35, -36 all the way to redline.
Any suggestions???

I took off the MBC and it still losses boost. 2nd gear hit .28 BAR then fell to .14 by redline.

It used to hold just fine last year....So unless it went bad over winter storage? Any way to check for piping leaks?
