Default looking for some Turbo advice

ok guys Iv been out of the game for 9 years and looking to get into the forced induction seen again. My starting platform is a USDM spec b18c5 that i got off a friend. It needs new rings. Now I have 3000 to spend not including the rebuild as I already have 9.0-1 pistons with eagle h-beams. Is there any recommendations on building a 3k turbo setup that would run nice with my c5. any advice would be great.

Power wise id like to see 300whp just a daily/strip car. Personally just looking to wreck my friends eclipse at 25psi. lol. but Iv been out of the FI seen for so long im not even sure what is needed. I used to have an LS boosted with a t3/t4 at 12 psi. Im thinking the type R has more potential with boost, like I said Roughly about 3k to spend.

check out the forced induction marketplace and grab some quality used stuff. You will find everything you need there. Also, as far as tuning goes, your budget probably is a little too low to go with hondata s300. I have been over 300whp on a few cars with crome. Its free and definitely gets the job done. A log manifold will get you to your power goals for very cheap as well. With that motor, you wont need a crazy turbo setup to reach your goals even if it was stock.

i was thinking of getting some used stuff for sure. My question is what size injectors do I need for 300 whp and as for crome tuning goes, there is a shop here in sioux falls, SD which is 6 hours away from where i live but they dont like to work on crome to much. they say some ECUs take the crome and some dont, any clarification on this, anyone know where i can get a decent crome base map and installed on my p28, enough for daily driving until i can get full crome tune? and where do you find the crome for free?

umm before buying a new turbo.....FIX IT UP RIGHT HAHA
i dont drive a honda or i live in usa or wherever you live
but looking for a bigger turbo also factor on how much hp you want to make
fuel is important and a key factor to a bigger turbo no matter if its the same psi or more
after you build the bottom end increase the amount of fuel you can get to your 4 banger so it dont run lean or your honda going to be a broken car like a FORD
when i work on my skyline(yes i drive one and its a r34 gt spec-V) i always make sure the air to fuel ratio are good set and near perfect numbers'
but if you love power go for an T70=D

plus i dont hate honda and i used to drive an mugen honda civic type r but when i start going to see everyone what they are driving .....**** MY CAR IS SLOW

i take no credit for the following info this was off another post on this site and should be used as a general refference.
EDIT: by raising the fuel pressure you can get more fuel from the injectors, and remember since the HP numbers are for 100% duty cycle, you should select the next highest sized injector for you HP goal.

270cc = 187 HP
310cc = 214 HP
320cc = 220 HP
370cc = 256 HP
400cc = 277 HP
440cc = 304 HP
450cc = 311 HP
500cc = 346 HP
550cc = 380 HP
600cc = 415 HP
650cc = 450 HP
800cc = 554 HP
880cc = 609 HP

thanks for the injector info, anyoen have any idea about crome tuning? or how to get it installed and tuned? and any idea of a decent turbo for quick spooling but still going to carry me to red line? I dont know much but my LS was on a t3/t4b from turbonetics but no idea about the size or anything like that?
