Default looking at a new set up for my ek

hey guys, im new to the site. I'm just looking at a new set up. I'm not looking to make crazy power because i track my car and also its a daily commuter. I currently and running a drag manifold, witha garrett t3/t4 .63 trim , 3 inch exhaust, with some decent tunning. i'v thrown down 244 at 7.5psi on a stock b16. I've been told this turbo is good for 350 hp. I'm currently in the market to spend a reasonable amount for a new set up. I would like to keep most of my set up now but just upgrade to better parts. I had this in mind.. tell me what you think. 18 ls block, running 9:1 pistons and, maneley rods, b16 head, with itr cams with my t3/t4. I'm also wanna change my exahust to a 2.5-2.75. The 3 incher drones way too much and my buddy runs are 2.5 and he has none of that. which also poses another question... anyone have a good exhaust set up, thats at a recent sound level? Otherwise i was gonna go b20 with pistons rods, gt30 76 turbo. However i've been told and i have read countless articles on how good the b20 is and how bad it is. If i could get some advice from you guys that would be great

thanks

i want more power. I dont really wanna spend the money to fix up the block i have now. Ill keep that for when i sell my car. I also have a bit of lag... so i figured if i go with a bit bigger motor itll reduce that.
