I want to upgrade to an infinity but currently on the aem v2. I love the v2 and have no issues with it. I can have my idle anywhere i want it very easily with old rc1000 injectors.

Heres the options for boost control on the v2.

I havent set up all my tables yet and just use the main table. Once i get on a dyno ill be able to play with the boost target comp and error duty to really dial it in and get the wastegate doing exactly what i want

I only had a chance to try one setting yesterday. But here are two shots of my boost controller map.

What im doing is keeping the gate closed and trying to slowly taper to my target which is 13psi at 35.9 in the map.

My logs show me overshooting the 13psi target hitting my boost cut and going back up. Ive attached a log with just one setting of 35 and youll see the difference in spool up at the same rpm. 6psi at 4500 vs 11psi.

Once i populate this table with all the values at certain rpm ill be able to transfer that into the boost target comp tables then boost error tables. From there i can play with boost by vss, gear, rpm and tps postion.

Let's keep it on topic of Boost controllers, my friends. Starting to get off topic a bit. (And yes, I'm well aware that EMS systems could technically be regarded as part of Boost control in general.) But now you're getting into opinions about the systems themselves, and not the Boost Controller components. If you're going to that level, go back to the Turbocharger Random Chat..

The new profec does look interesting i'll have to do more research on it. A learning feature does sound pretty dope though.
The Haltech has rolling anti-lag, but I haven't put the car back together with the P1000 yet due to COVID-Life. I still need to get my wiring harness act together first. Hopefully by fall of this year , I'll be in a better position to finish at least that part of the build.

Honestly, I hadn't thought of which point to transfer the posts. It would have just come up at the end at random. I typically transfer the entire thread, not individual posts. Especially when it came to teaching about how to tune.
Sorry for the inconvenience. But I did keep your other boost controller-related posts here.

How about an EBC that reads data off CAN bus or OBD port? For us forgotten Hondata users that don't have boost by gear or any boost control options on the ECUs with no optional IO pins but have CAN bus.

There is this unit but $$$.

I'm curious about the research you'll perform regarding this and similar devices.. HOP TO IT!! I can only do so much on this forum after almost 20 years.
