Default JRSC setup and need help!

alright so i decided to change my all motor set up and go jrsc. im running a b18c3 bottom with all new oem parts with PR3 pistons/CR 225 all across. ITR PNP head, 340cc msd injectors, 255 fuel pump. im about to replace my bc3 cams with ctr exhaust and gsr intake since ive been reading its the best combo. my question now is my CR a little high for s/c and am i able to tune with vfac2?. im trying to hit 220+whp so any advice to help me reach my goal would greatly apprecaited.
