Default turbonetics customer service

Has anyone dealt with them? I sent my turbo back to them to have it rebuilt. I sent it out on the 23rd of Jan., they recieved it the 26th. They were supposed to call me to let me know how much it would it cost. I called them and they said someone signed for it, but they cant find it. They are supposed to call me today to let me know whats going on. Do you guys think i can get a free new turbo out of them? Oh the turbo I sent was a 60-1.

hahhahaa good luck with that i hope you can get it back.... i never had issues up until now, a good customer i sold a modded t3 with a 60-1 seems that they have trouble getting back to me. i know they will come through but when is the question.. he has been waiting for months

They should be willing to take care of you since they dropped the ball on you. I know I would send my customer a turbo asap if we screwed up like that.

Hope they get you taken care of right away.
