Default its blowin smoke

Ok guys its a 90 acura integra with a b16a. Before the turbo no smoke at all, installed the turbo, ( non-ball bearing, brand new from precision t3/t4, oil feed from the back of the motor, drain is 3/4 hose) the car smokes now intermitently. At first it was a turbo issue, it would smoke at idle and under load, I sent it back to precision and they found a faulty thrust bearing. Now it still smokes but not under the same conditions. No smoke under drag, no oil on the plugs, no oil in the piping track, there was oil in the exhaust but it might be residue from before the turbo rebuild. It smokes like a faulty pcv valve, almost like the motor just says "I'll smoke like crazy now", the pcv valve is new. I read the post on the catch can and I'm going to pursue that avenue, because the valve cover breather is blowing out oil, lots of crank pressure. Any ideas out there, is anyone running oilfeed reducers, I know people with turbo hondas not running catch cans and they run fine. Thanks guys.
