Why not go to home depot and go to the drip water irragation system then re wire the car's water sprayer system. Where the bottom of the spray tank is. where it already gets split off to the rear cut the hose and go with a controlled duplex out let where there's a **** to control flow (100/0; 50/50; 0/100) Then empty the washer tank, and fill it with distilled water.

But you're spraying the outside of the intercooler. How much worse could regular water be when rain, road dirt, and all the crap is already getting sprayed on there? Just curious. I understand the radiator because that's on the inside.
