intercooler or not?

Default intercooler or not?

i have a dohc zc, soon to b boosted, could i run a non intercooled setup? how much boost can i use with out one

good timing and fuel and you should be able to run around 8 with no prob.

I did for about 6 months daily driven on my DIY setup. Now intercooled and properly tuned I run 12psi daily.

if i have i/h/e, bored throttle body, then boost it, how many psi would it take to run around 200hp?

if you boost your car, you gonna loose you header and intake so dont bother with those.

200whp at what psi your asking? it all depends on the size/trim of the turbo.... at t25 will take more psi to hit 200whp then a t3/t4 would etc...
