What bends will i need for to turbo to intercooler, and back to intake?
EK Civic with a log manifold?
I was thinking 6 90* bends and 1 45*

Sounds correct?

 

6-90* bends and 1-45* will work, but if you don't want to cut your bumper, add another 90* (or 2-45*'s). I like to put about 30* right before & after the FMIC.

If your car has ABS above that resonator/intake hole, you'll need another 90* and another 45*.

how would the 180* bends fit up?

 

depends on the radius.
better to go with 90s you can manipulate.
