Default Installing Blow Off Valve

Got a turbo installed on a D16Y7, and we got everything running good. And when we drive it, it blows off but not really.. (kinda wierd) The blow off Valve opens but not all the way... We have it tee'ed from the Fuel pressure regluator... along with the FMU, And boost gauge... could using too many tee cause this to affect the BOV? can anyone post pics of there Vacuums set with turbo please?
