I recently installed a new turbo kit in my 92hatchback B16A3 and it's not producing any boost! I can hear the turbo spool , but I don't hear the blow off valve . I feel like it's loosing pressure thought the valve ... I took it off and tested it & it wasn't opening , so I took it apart and noticed it was stuck! so I fixed it installed it again and it was working for a while , than I felt the car slow again and I couldn't hear the BOV nomore. I can still se the BOV opening thoe , it's not stuck this time. I need help , what could it be??
