Default INLINEPRO mani leaks..?

i noticed that my manifold leaks where the turbo is bolted up to the mani... there's carbon build up around the mounting surfaces. I also noticed that the turbo spoolin isn't as audible nor responsive as before. I'm not running a turbo exhaust gasket but will probably put one in when i take it apart...

do u guys have the similiar problems?? how do u guys resolve the situation??
