Default Injector question???

wassup guys, i figured i'd ask here. I have a built ls/vtec and i'm running 450cc injectors and my tuner told me i'd be good with 10psi on my t304e turbo. Well i'm building another ls/vtec boost setup for my EK. This one will be using an innovative t3/t4 turbo, a ramhorn style manifold and 3" exhaust. I was wondering what size injectors i should run on this setup? I'm looking to run 15psi on the weekends and 6psi for daily driving. I don't want to go over 7000 rpm on this setup...even tho i'm sure i'll still be making power. My current setup has lasted over 4 years now. I want this one to last just as long. Would u prefer 680cc or 880cc injectors for this setup? thanks a lot in advance. and Merry X-Mas!

you can get away with the 680's but 880's have high safety margin in case you turn up the boost more or get a bigger turbo later.

that's what i was thinking about the 880's....but will 880's still get me some good gas mileage for daily driving cause i don't wanna go over 6psi daily.

your gas mileage depends on the tune. your idle should be ok with the 880's, what program are you using to tune with. i run 750's i mine with a aem. my car get's like average 25mpg street mostly.

we'll be using crome... i had hondata but got rid of it. I'm just worried about idle like u mentioned...i'll ask the tuner when i get a chance.... i might look into the 750's tho since that's in the middle of what i was looking for.

fuel pump and fuel pressure and a 1 to 1 rise regulator play roles to in selecting injectors too. on boost setup's using a rising rate regulator helps in tuning (more controlled fuel map) and can decrease injector sizing.

no prob, but i dont believe the aem rugulator is a 1.1 rise. aeromotive has rising rate regulator's. if you buy one make sure it says, rising rate or 1.1 boost reference. the a1000 efi is my choice.

just get you some 750's and a good tune and you will still be able to get good gas milage and you can rev that out to 7500 and be good
