Do I need to delete the PVC system on my build since, I plan on running dual vented valve cover catch can setup?

you can block off the vacuum port on the manifold and run a line from the black box to that same catch can.

all you're really doing with this system is allowing the engine crank case to breathe and preventing positive pressure from entering the case

So would the drain port from the catch can go to the hose on the top of the black box?
