Default Distributor question...

My distributor went out in my ls/vtec turbo del sol. This is my first turbo'd car and was wondering if there is anything special i have to do when i put it in compared to a naturally aspirated car?

i didnt know there was a difference between an N/A dizzy and a FI dizzy lolololol

You dont do anything to it, you install it per the hanes manual, depending on yoru engine management is how you hold the ignition tables at 16 degrees and sync the distributor with the engine management then its good to go.

Alright, i pulled out the old distributor, and compared it to the new one, they look exactly the same but the wiring is different. there is the same number of wires but the connectors are different. I then noticed the old one has been cut and put back together, is taht because my block is from a early 90's teg and my head is from a 99si? so you have to switch the connectors????
