I want to put down 300whp
I am ready to boost my '92 integra. After this year with the heavy N/A setup that i opted to go with i am ready to turbo my car for next year. Now im new to turbo's and don't know much and Need some feedback.
I have 2 options:
Option 1: Boost current ls/vtec setup with eagle rods, skunk2 springs retainers, Z10 crank girdle. Now with that i would add 9:1 compression pistons, NEW b16 head (because the current head on my setup is ported and polished for an agressive N/A setup) with new port polish job, and 3 angle valve job.
or
Option 2: Boost LS block and swap over eagle rods, skunk2 springs/retainers, Z10 crank girdle and add all additonal parts needed for turbo setup.
At this point with option 2, i could sleeve the block and go nuts but i have a budget of say $6000 (cdn. that is)
Now i have all my parts to sell aswell skunk 2 stage 2 cams, exhaust, cold air intake and header. So what do you guys think help me out!
thanks

You will not need to sleeve the block for 300HP.
Just get a nice big T3/T4, and some nice engine management, and you will be hitting 300 all day long.

agree to some, but i'm using a fmu setup and at 10psi, i'm making 326 to the wheels. But the ls block, sleeved to 84.5mm will do the trick. A nice sized t3/t4 or t4 will make more than enough power.

Still my debate is wether i should go option 1 or 2?
HELP!

OH.....I didn't see you already have the Vtec head....
option 1.
Keep the B16 head. there would be no downside to using it.
