I think my head gasket may be leaking..
Im getting pressure in my coolant system after boosting alot. Also sometimes you can smell coolant when its running. I dont see any leaks. Temp is fine. Is it possible i have a bad radiator cap and its not opening to relieve pressure, or is it the head gasket? Are the greddy metal gaskets any good? Are they better then the stock honda gasket?

I did a compression check. All good. Withing like 5 or 10 psi of each other. I also took off the radiator cap while the car was idling. If the gasket is blown, air bubbles from combustion gas would rise to the top the the radiator, but no bubbles. Thats two good checks for blown gasket and both lean towards no.

start with the easiest fix, radiator cap. i did a compression test on my motor and the numbers came up fine, when i pulled the head i saw my headgasket was blown. compression tests suck in my opinion, some people have better luck with them though.
