Default Blown Head Gasket

How do I test if my Head Gasket is blown? My car has been over heating once in a while. I have plenty of coolant, new water pump, new thermostat, and rebuild radiator. I notice when my car over heats, there's a bubble coming out of my reservior. My car is not smoking any sort of color.. white or blue. any feedback is appreciated.

Sounds like a leaking head gasket, i see this all the time, if it pushes antifreeze out from the overflow reservoir thats what cause the over heating and a headgasket that leaks compression into the waterjackets is to blame for this kind of thing BTW take your radiator cap off and rev the engine, if it shoots a lot of water out from the radiator when you rev it OR if there is a white froth or bubbles present then your looking at a bad head gasket.

sounds like you may have the same problem or a partially clogged radiator or even a bad cap with a week spring (Rare on the hondas) it all depends on how much you have to add and how well your cooling sytem was kept...

i also replace the radiator cap. (1.8T my Turbo is makulet) I was told that you can buy something from a auto supply store that you can add to your radiator to determine is theres a monoxide(spelling?) on your raditor to determine a head leak? is this true? My car really overheated this saturday and i have to stop to check it out. My reservoir is overflowing and there's no more coolant on my radiator, I have to transfer the coolant from the reservoir to the radiator just to get home safe. PLS HELP!!!
