Default help with cooling system beeing pressurized

i got a ls/vtec sleeved block 84bore .30 head gasket running 20psi.
changed thermostat twice
ugraded rad
its not overheating it jus pushing water out the rad cap
bleed the system more than once.

help!!!

The only other thing it could be is a bad radiator cap. If its not the radiator cap then its the headgasket.

I had water bubbling from cap with no overheating, new cap fixed it

do a leakdown or coolant pressure test to check the head gasket.

Are you using a lsvtec dowel pins or was the head drilled or machined for the lsvtec? If the head was done wrong you will see some gasket sealing issues over time.

Run a stant 24lb cap. That's what I had to get to prevent boilover.

i used the dowels in the GE kit.

who sell's them?

cause mine came with a 19psi cap

If your using a new cap and its 19psi then its most definetly a headgasket problem.

I was told to torque then at 84lb cause I had used my old head studs from another motor that had been torques like 3times before.

From my experience with something similar, its a headgasket I would bet and given you have a new cap on it which would be the other culprit I would have guessed.
