You left out what engine management you're using, which dictates the basemap. If it's stock then run the stock ecu...

 

thanks for trying to help, i have only a pr3 ecu and its tunned for 450cc injectors, i dont have the injectors at the moment so the engine bogs like hell, i'm using BRE and i dont know how to make my own base map. i have a boosted d15b vtec

 

Can't you just disable the chip in your ecu and run the stock map? Why do you have stock injectors if you're boosted? Why do you have a map for 450's? I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just confused.

 

yes i can disable the chip, but the pr3 is meant for b16a engine and will run rich on my d15b, i lost the injectors in the mail, so i'm stuck on the stock injectors, plz if anyone has a BRE sohc vtec boosted map upload it or send it to my e-mail

so what are you looking for? a stock (na) d15b map, or a boosted d15b with stock injectors map?

if your temporarily running na with stock injectors just use the stock pr3 map...it should be close enough and run fine in closed loop (i would think)...

 

A b16 map won't actually run that rich, especially if you have an o2 hooked up.

What's the point of a "boosted basemap with stock injectors"? Wouldn't the injector duty cycle in the boost columns be way above 100% anyway? So couldn't you just run a stock map and just drive without going into boost?

depending on your setup, your going to max out those injectors maybe around 3-4psi-ish. you'll wish you had waited to get injectors...

i can post up a map for you, but its just going to be a shot in the dark. here is a tool to help you do it yourself...http://www.xenocron.com/downlo...apper. this should atleast get you running good in vacuum...stay out of boost (not being funny)

 

thank u for ur help, i contacted chris harris and he sent me the BIN file online for 450cc injectors on pr3 for sohc, if i changed the injector size in BRE, would it work?

You mean if you change the injector size and then burn a new chip? That's how it works in every obd1 editor I've used so I don't see why it would be different in BRE.
