How would this work out with my B18C1?
Well im going boost soon, and I need some advice and words from the HT boost pros themselves. I have a 2000 GSR B18C1, so far Im set on this setup:
Turbonetics T3T04
SFP Tubular manifold ( possibly) with a Tial Wastegate
HKS SS BOV
Drag or custom piping ( I need a kit to fit my car, i have an EG with a GSR swap)
Spearco or "Drag" FMIC
DSM 450s
-Still unsure of what Fuel pump to run
Now my main dilemma is deciding on what to tune it with. What do you guys think would be best? I was thinking about finding a used Hondata S200 unit on here and getting it tuned somehwere nearby. Please let me know what y'all think.

Re: (psi420)
I've got similar setup GSR in EK though, with max-rev mani, t3/t4, dsm injectors yadda, yadda, yadda, I would go with Hondata. Secret services in Tampa can tune Hondata no problem. Not sure if SFP can.
If your gonna change your setup often than the aem ems may be better route to go as you don't have to re-burn chips, just make changes on laptop and save.
But if your gonna tune then leave as is like myself, hondata has a nice price tag compared to aem ems.

I thank you all so much for the replies. How much can a used s200 unit be had for? I think the guys at SFP do tuning, they are the closest hondata tuner to me, unless Cartek does that. My buddy with an Evo says MArk at SFP does great work.

do you need to pay more than 495 b/c of the "turbo option" or is this included? Excuse my lack of hondata knowledge.
Do you think with this setup I can SAFELY run 8-9 lbs with good tuning or Do i need rods, pistsons, rings, seals?

S200B comes with Boost option. S200 is $295 and boost option is $200. I don't know how much a GSR bottom end can handle...you should be fine with 8-9 pounds though. I'm going to be boosting my LS swap, but I'm starting conservative on my stock bottom end...about 6 psi.

Re: (DaX)
check for used hondata. I picked up mine for like $400 s200b.
GSR can take about 12lbs stock everything. Rings would be the first to go. With careful tuning you should be fine for years.
I run 10lbs daily on my GSR, but I do have forged pistons.

probably, thats why you take the a/c out

what other manifolds let you run a 3" DP with A/C? BTW, what piping will i need to make this work in an EG? I should buy Drag piping from an EG GSR kit , correct?

you could run 3" with a/c just use 2.5" down pipe when you get right next to the a/c compressor about 1" down mark the pipe cut have it expanded to fit inside 3" u-bend pipe (cut in half) then continue to build your exhaust all the way back with 3" pipe. also make sure your exhaust is 3" all the way thru you have some that are 3 then reduce to 2.5 in the center.
