Default how-to tap the oil feed line on a greddy kit off the block?

how do i go about getting the stock fitting out of the block? it seems it is covered with a rubber cover (d16y7 block), anyone have tips? i dont wanna mess it up

Are you referring to the oil pressure sending unit?

The rubber cover is just part of the wire, it should pop off. Then you need a 24mm deep socket to get it out.

i had to use a vice grip to grap the hole thing, rubber boot and all. i ended up tearing the boot a little bit but i didnt see any other way. once you loosen the bolt a bit i makes the boot come off easier. pm me with any other Q's im still working on oil lines on my greddy kit.
